Chef’s Seafood Selection

Ocean-fresh and delectable, dishes on our seafood menu include the Market Fresh Fish of the day (simply grilled with salad, lemon and chips), the Sandcrab Lasagne with champagne vinaigrette, and a big Seafood BBQ plate – a scrumptious feast with Australian Barramundi, peri peri prawns, calamari, chips and garden salad.

Pub Favourites

Along with a classic Chicken Schnitzel and five juicy cuts of steak, there are two house-created pasta dishes on the dinner menu at the Cleveland Sands: Vitello Pappardelle (a slow-braised veal and tomato ragout) and Al Dente Spaghetti (with garlic, chilli and grilled prawns).

And that’s not even all. The extensive dinner menu at the Cleveland Sands also offers hand-stretched pizzas, gourmet salads and a range of new dishes with a Mediterranean flair.
